The Crimes Unpunished

High school. It's a place for fights and crimes. It's normal when it happens; and most of the time it gets resolved. There is usually some sort of punishment. Not in my school. My school isn't actually that bad. It's a small town school in the middle of nowhere with about eighty people per class. There are about ten "special ed" students. Every day there seems to be talk of a fight between one special ed student and anybody. The other person who got in to the fight tend to get ISS (in school suspension) or worse. The special ed get sent to a corner for five minutes then given a lollipop. Sometimes its the other person picking on the special
